After graduating from Portland State’s University Honors College with a degree in Finance, Bailey joined the First Pacific Team as a Portfolio Administrator. In addition to her primary job functions, Bailey acts as a Special Operations Specialist, bringing her passion for environmental and social sustainability. As such, she was drawn to First Pacific after learning about their B Corp certification and extensive ESG initiatives.

Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys spending time with her dog, camping, yoga, beekeeping, and throwing pottery.
