After graduating from Portland State’s University Honors College with a degree in Finance, Bailey joined the First Pacific Team as a Portfolio Administrator. In addition to her primary job functions, Bailey brings her passion for environmental and social sustainability as our B Corporation champion. She was drawn to First Pacific after learning about their B Corp certification and extensive ESG initiatives. Bailey obtained the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys spending time with her dog, camping, yoga, beekeeping, and throwing pottery.
