In the last year, First Pacific Financial outgrew our beautiful office just west of Esther Short Park. Determined not to relocate, we took the time to remodel our back office space. Our culture is one of a team environment and we feel that by expanding those teams, we’re able to work more efficiently and effectively for our clients. As part of the remodel we opened up individual offices to a shared team office. The initial stage of the remodel brought everyone out of their office and into the large shared living space. If you really want to get to know your co-workers, put them in close quarters for a month. Nothing brings professional people together quite like living through an office remodel.

The contractors moved in to quickly break down walls, repair sheetrock, move electrical, and put all the finishing touches on the larger team offices. Within a month we were able to move back into our new space. Each office now holds desks for the current team as well as room for continued growth. We were also able to include an extra conference room and an additional break room. Of course there is still room for our “friendly” games of table tennis and now a phone booth for those personal calls. We couldn’t be happier with our growing FPF family and remodeled space!
