The Waterfront project in Vancouver, WA marks a true renaissance for Downtown Vancouver.  It is a massive development with an investment projected over $1.5 billion when complete.  Assuming we can get a new bridge (tunnel) across the river, Vancouver may turn into the Bellevue of Portland. The development, positioned to offer a similar experience to the South Waterfront development in Portland, is well on its way.   The Waterfront will continue to improve Clark County’s economy, livability, and property values.  We’ve had the privileged vantage point of watching it go up right outside the back window of our Vancouver office.  If you’ve missed the development, the city has put fun time lapses that you can watch here.
