Next Round of Stimulus Passed
Congress passed another round of stimulus payments to most Americans in The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021.
- Bank deposits of $600 per individual (including children under 17) in a similar manner to the first round of payments. If you need to update your banking information, you can do so here: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
- Deposits are expected by early January, and some taxpayers have already reported receiving them. - Payments are phased out at $75,000 gross income for individuals and $150,000 for joint filers in 2019.
